Study On The Model Of The Filling Under Village In Jisuo Mine

Paste filling under villlage is a new technology of green mining which protects the surface,improes recovery coefficient and realizes none-village-relocation. It is an effective way to alleviate burdens on domestic coal resource and achieve sustainable development.With the background of projece of Paste filling under villlage in Jisuo Mine,analyzing feasibility of implementation filling mining under condition of using strip mining under village,thus,forming lot of area of the strip mining.Aiming at specific circumstance that the mine is small and the ground coal storage is inadequate,we advance a new model of filling mining of goaf strip filling mining.Fist,we establish the mechanical model of the strip filling control, based on this, designing the strip filling parameter and processing laboratory research about strip filling material ratio. Next, we desgin concrete pumping system suiting characteristics of shallow buried deep and devise face filling process suiting characteristics of thin coal seam. Finally, the technology and economic benefit of filling mining under village in this mine is analyzed.
