The observation of atmospheric boundary layer's turbulent exchange and aerodynamic parameters is an important part of the environment meteorological research, and the turbulence features are also important parameters of the pollutants'spread. In this paper, the field campaign was carried out in a port district and main metrological parameters such as the wind speed, wind direction, temperature and radiation intensity in the near surface layer of the port district were observed. Then, the turbulence statistical theory was used to analyze the distribution of the turbulence features such as of turbulence intensity, the friction velocity, the drag coefficient, the momentum flux, the sensible heat flux, the Monin-Obukhov length and so on. Those micrometeorological observational researches are useful to investigate meteorological feature in the port surface layer and ascertain the diffusion parameters of atmosphere pollutant in this district.In this paper, the micro-scale dynamics method is used to research the spread diffusion of the particles in the local winds and turbulence fields. Pollution model includes three models: regional meteorological model, turbulent diffusion model and particle pollutant model. In which the weather diagnosis uses the meteorological model, the turbulence closure model uses K-εmodel, and the particles'temporal and spatial distribution use Lagrangian stochastic model.A case study based on domestic ports' dispersion of pollutants is used to analyze the investigation on turbulence characteristics of wind field on fugitive particulate emissions. The scope of the dust pollution affected by wind erosion is given a clear, quantitative determination, and the influence factors of the port layout about dust pollution of the wind erosion are obtained. Its conclusions not only enrich and develop the port's dust pollution assessment method, and fill the gap of the wind erosion dust pollution prediction model, but also provide environmental proposals for the port coal and ore terminals'planning and construction.
