For the reasonable control of gob-side entry surrounding rock with dynamic pressure in Xuzhuang coalmine, rock stability and support technology, including surrounding rock instability mechanism and control measures, is studied systematically in this paper through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field industrial experiment and observation. According to the different excavation space, the gob-side entry' surrounding rock is classified into eight subtypes of two major types. Using methods of theoretical analysis, analyzing the law of stress distribution, deformation characters and influencing factors during the tunnel excavation, previous and this section face recovery based on the actual situation of Xuzhuang coalmine. Then expounding on surrounding rock Instability mechanism, the influence scope of advance and behind abutment pressure when the previous section face recovery is calculated. Based on the surrounding rock instability mechanism of dynamic pressure gob-side entry, the surrounding rock' control mechanism and technology and the advantages of nonequilibrium technology is discussed. There are four parts of control technology given:reasonable supporting parameters and supporting time, reinforcement technology, preload cable supporting. And the supporting parameters of 212104 transport entry in Xuzhuang coalmine are designed. Through numerical simulation, analyzing the changes of surrounding stress field, displacement field and plastic zone in directions of leading and lateral, validates the correctness of theoretical calculations and supporting design. The study results of this paper have great scientific significance and application prospects to the research of instability mechanism and control measures of gob-side entry with dynamic pressure under the first mining influence.
