Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) and Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) that possess the persistent organic pollutants having high bioaccumulation and various toxicity are currently the most persistent organic pollutants, the environmental pollution they cause have gradually become a global issue. Therefore, it is very important to establish a effective detection method for the residue in different substrates. In this paper, Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) were choosed as the object of study. The analysis method for the residues of PFOS and PFOA in the fluorine polymer products has been focused. The main conclusions were as follows:Firstly, in the sample pretreatment research, the extraction method of PFOS and PFOA in the fluorine polymer products was studied. We propos- ed the ultrasonic assisted extraction method. The optimum extraction con- dition was determined through such single factor experiments as extractant screening experiments, extraction time and extraction numbers. Secondly, in the study of the PFOA derivative method, we considered some factors effect on derivative and determined the specific parameters through derivative test about derivative reaction temperature and derivatization time.In the detection methods, we studied the three detection methods, for HPLC-MS, HPLC with Pre-column Derivatization and ion inhibit chroma- tography. After optimizing the instrument parameters, target compounds are effectively separated and determined quantitatively. The research result indicated that the three detection methods used in this paper have a good linear relationship for that correlation coefficient are greater than 0.99, the recoveries of spiked samples were 84.02% to 109.7%, the RSD were less than 5 %. The methods have more stable retention time, good reproducibility and precision, and more accurate, simpler, rapid and are suitable for the determination for the PFOA, PFOS residue in fluorine polymer detection analysis.
