Molecular imprinted polymer technology is used to prepare molecular imprinted polymer which get specific intended selective to specific target molecule (also known as the template molecule). With the advantages of simple preparation, high mechanical strength and easy application, target molecules can be selectively extracted from the complex mechanisms by imprinted polymer.In this paper, after the detailed summary of the basic principle and research status of molecular imprinting, the molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared respectively by using osthole and esculin as template molecules, and the nature of the polymer were discussed. After that, the MIPMs were used as solid-phase extraction agent to selectively extract the osthole and esculin from traditional Chinese medicine TCM extraction. Specifically, the study of this thesis is as follows:The discovery, principle,. preparation, application and development trend of molecular imprinting technique were summarized; especially preparation process and the application range were described in detail.Using the MAA as functional monomers, EDMA as cross-linking agent, osthole as template molecule, MIPMs with diameters of micrometer were prepared by single-step swelling and polymerization method. It turns out that the polymers were as fluted micro-grade spherical and with highly selective binding characteristics to esculin.Using AM as functional monomers, esculin as template molecular, MIPMs with diameters of micrometer were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. It turns out that the polymers were as fluted micron-grade spherical and with highly selective binding characteristics to esculin.The prepared polymers were used for solid-phase extraction adsorbent by optimizing the conditions of sample loading, leaching, and elution, combining HPLC respectively, the active ingredients of osthole and esculin were determined and enriched from Chinese medicine extract of Fructus Cnidii selinum and Cortex Fraxini, this reliable and new method can be used for the purification of medicinal herbs' monomer from Chinese medicine.
