Large-scale farming has the characteristics of high production efficiency,high forage conversion rates,low costs and high economical efficiency. However with the development of large-scale farming,it also cause a series of environmental problems.The article proposed a new coupling UASBB with two-stage biological contact oxidation process.The system start-up and stable running conditions were detailed studied and actual swine wastewater was processed small scale experiments.The laboratory test result indicated that with the vaccination of some anaerobic sludge and denitrification sludge, the UASBB reactor through 48d domestication the volume load reached 0.7277kg COD/(m3·d), COD removal rate achieved 85%.Then through 140d domestication,anaerobic ammonium oxidation, methanogenesis and denitrification was achieved in the UASBB reactor,the NH4+-N removal rate was finally stayed at 33%.The biological contact oxidation process vaccination originated from the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants oxidation ditch's active sludge, through 23d domestication, COD and NH4+-N removal rate could achieve 95%,85% separately. When DO was controled around 1.2mg/L-1.6mg/L,the accumulation of NO2--N was the most.Coupling UASBB reactor and two-stage biological contact oxidation process,the optimal outer recycle rate was 300%. Under the condition of COD 300 mg/L and NH4+-N 40 mg/L,the COD, TN and NH4+-N removal rate were 0.1332 kg/(m3·d), 0.0150kg/(m3·d) and 0.0156kg/(m3·d) separately.Compared with traditional activated sludge process,the new coupling system can save O2 4.345g/(m·d)and COD 3.291 g/(m3·d),it also can recover CH4 4.607L/(m3·d)The coupling system process the actual swine wastewater 60d. It contains 15d for the second stage digester effluent,15d for the first stage digester effluent and 30d for swine wastewater.For the system, the volume load of COD achieved 2.79 kg/(m3·d), the removal rates were 94.4%,94% and 97% separately.The volume load of TN achieved 0.465 kg/(m3·d), the removal rates were 83.8%,82.5% and 84.2% separately. The volume load of NH4+-N achieved 0.279 kg/(m3·d), the removal rates were 91%,91.2% and 88.2% separately.Results demonstrated that up-flow anaerobic sludge bed and biofilm with biological contact oxidation process was effective in treating of swine wastewater.
