The steel production is the key to the overall of the iron and steel production process, but also the core working procedure of the modern iron and steel enterprises, which directly impact on the cost of steel production and economic benefits. There will be a variety of unusual circumstances at any time when the steelmaking scheduling plan is in the implementation, so it is the important thing for steelmaking scheduling study the that how to deal with such emergencies and disturbances, coordinated changes in a variety of uncertainties, lower the production costs, reduce losses, balance the logistics and improve the production efficiency. There are a lot of application value and research significance for research on steelmaking dynamic scheduling methods and the development of steel-making dynamic scheduling software system.In this thesis, an analysis of the issue of dynamic scheduling steelmaking-related content is made under the background of a steelmaking factory in a large iron and steel enterprise. Deep research on the dynamic scheduling and dynamic scheduling methods for the mixed production of the continuous casting and mold casting is made. Also the dynamic scheduling software system for the mixed production of the continuous casting and mold casting is designed and developed. The main content of this paper is as following:First of all, in accordance with the actual production of steel plant status. It is based on the study of the mixed continuous casting and mold casting production process that the demand analysis for the mixed production is carried out including the disturbance of dynamic scheduling, the demand of production patterns, the functional requirements of dynamic scheduling. Then the whole solution of the hybrid production scheduling is proposed.Secondly, the mixed-mode of continuous casting and die casting, the continuous casting mode and the die casting mode are studied including time disturbance dynamic scheduling methods, equipment disturbance dynamic scheduling methods and adding plans dynamic scheduling methods. Processing projects of the three disturbance are introduced and the disturbance adjust specific strategies are proposed. Meanwhile,many optimization methods are put forward such as the re-scheduling for comprehensive optimization, the time and path of the local optimization methods for both the converter optimization and the non-converter optimization, the overall time optimization and the local time optimization and so on.Finally, a mixed continuous casting and mold casting production scheduling software system is designed and developed. The target of the software system is analysised. The system structure, interface on the dynamic scheduling and the main data tables are designed. At the same time, under the goal of easy to reuse and easy extension, many mudules are developed including the dynamic optimization model module encapsulating a variety of optimization algorithms, the disturbance signal simulation module and warning information mudule. The system is validated by the actual data to verify that the whole solution and the dynamic scheduling methods.
