PPCPs in people's lives in a large number of production and use, and is closely related to people's lives. In daily life, when we wash, chemical products production, and drug production and use, has most of the PPCPs into the environment directly. But many people still do not realize that a variety of PPCPs into the environment is seriously polluted earth, water, environment, threatening the ecological environment and people's health.This choice belongs to 16 species of common PPCPs (cotinine, caffeine, lincomycin, azithromycin, carbamazepine, diltiazem, tylosin, trimethoprim, sulfamethoxazole, fluoxetine, oxytetracycline, ibuprofen, naproxen, gemfibrozil, triclosan and triclosan Cabin) as the research object, the Haihe River Basin in a river sediment content of the 16 substances were determined. The main results are as follows:1) Established for the extraction solvent acetonitrile ultrasonic extraction of 16 Pharmaceutical on the sediment and personal care products in the extraction experiments. Orthogonal arrangement using a major impact on the recovery of the extraction of four factors-extractant volume (mL), shaking time (min), centrifugation time (min), rotation speed (rpm) of the test, determination of four kinds of access Phthalates extraction conditions were:extraction solvent volume of 60μL, shaking time 15 minutes, centrifugation time was 10min, centrifugation speed is 3000rpm.2) the establishment of a solid-phase extraction and purification of the sediment and the personal care category of drug compounds, the optimum conditions for methanol and acetone as the extraction solvent, extraction volume 10mL.3) Established for the analysis of drug and personal care products by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry, under the compound in the positive ion (PI) and negative (NI) mode, the sensitivity is different from the compounds into two categories. Acidic compounds are usually in the negative ion (NI) mode analysis, the neutral and basic compounds in the positive ion properties (PI) mode for analysis.4) Analysis of the Haihe River Basin in the 14 river sediment pollution, Pharmaceutical and personal care category and the degree of spatial and temporal distribution. PPCPs in water sampling points in each concentration difference between the larger, and with no relationship between the Haihe River Basin hydrology.5) On 14 rivers in the Haihe River Basin PPCPs to the ecological risk assessment and health risk assessment.
