During the process of development and usage of the tinstone and with perennial extracting, there are many problems such as the decline of quality of Tinstone raw ore, and the shortage of follow-up resource at home and abroad in different degree. Although our country achieves a certain progress in the multipurpose utilization of tinstone ores, we still remain relatively large gap compared with developed countries. A great deal of tin tailings are just stacked in the tailing pond in long-term. This not only affects the environment, but also is a kind of serious waste of resources. So it is a greatly significant work to have the launch of the technical study in the wet-way enrichment of Tinstone tailings. This paper offers a new way to have comprehensive use of the Tailings resources which is with the Tin. The Tin in the tailings can be collected effectively by adopting the way of wet-way leaching with the tin tailings as raw material, hydrochloric acid as leaching agent, and also the calcium sulfate whisker is preparation from the sediment in the cyclical process of acid.Research showed:(1) Plenty of tin could be gathered effectively with hydrochloric acid as leaching agent.(2) The factors such as the concentration, temperature, reaction time, time of repose, liquid-solid ratio will affect the times of the tin collection. The regular pattern between the affecting factors and times of tin collection was achieved in different condition. The appropriately technological conditions of tin enrichment were:the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 23%, reaction temperature was 80℃, reaction time was 60 min, time of repose was 24 h.The times of tin collection could be achieved 18.9 through the wet-way enrichment. Simultaneously, it was with a fantastic reproducibility of the way to enrich Tin.(3) On the basis of the appropriately technological conditions of tin enrichment, the consumption of hydrochloric was reduced through the technics of multi-step tin collection and acid circulation. In the condition of suitable acid consuming capacity, the times of mass collection by two-stage approach experiments was higher than the three-step approach. All of the acid could be recycled from the tin collection technics of acid circulation. The sediment (mainly calcium sulfate) in the cyclical process of acid could be preparate the calcium sulfate whisker under the hydrothermal condition (hydrothermal temperature 135℃, hydrothermal time 4h, hydrothermal medium pH is 6.4).
