| This article had studied intensive quenching craft of the 20CrMnTi steel cementation.It observed microstructure and fracture appearance of 20CrMnTi steel treated by intensive quenching craft processing using the metallography microscope, the scanning electronic microscope, X-ray diffraction analyzer and transmission electron microscope.It determined the related mechanical properties of the 20CrMnTi steel and analyzes the intensive quenching craft's influence to the mechanical properties and the organization by wave impact testing machine, the Uygur microhardness meter and the X-ray diffraction analyzer.The experimental results showed that 20CrMnTi steel obtains the mix organization of pearlyte and the ferrite after liquid nitrogen quenching; It may obtain the tiny martensite organization on the material surface after quenching by CaCl2 peroxide solution,the CaCl2 peroxide solution and the liquid nitrogen step quenching.It had mutually parallel or the vertical acicular separation and the dissemination distributed granulated separation in the tempered martensite substrate after low tempering.Austenite crystal grain size obtained the remarkable enhancement and the grain size got obvious refinement after the intensive quenching.The material had the good resilience and the super surface hardness.The findings indicated that because of the thermal load and the organization stress's combined action, the remaining compressed stress causes the material interior underheating to have the recrystallization transformation before the martensite transforms in the intense quenching rapid chilling process.The original austenite grain refines and the organization of martensite was tinier and had the good overall performance.The distributed carbonize titanium separation distributed in the tempered martensite substrate disseminates.The effect of dissemination invigoration enabled the material to have the high intensity. |
