The experiment prepares heavy metal ions adsorbent by Peanut shells Peanut shells modification. In the modification process, NaOH as Pretreatment chemical, CS2 as modification chemical, it studies the adsorb principle, process condition and desorption - regeneration method on Cr6+and Cu2+.In process of modified peanut shells adsorbing Cr6+and Cu2+, it is mains effected by pH, time, temperature and heavy metal ions initial concentration four factors.They have a strong interaction. When pH,pH, time, temperature are equal to 1, 75℃,30min separately, the adsorption efficiency of Cr6+ is 98%, unit adsorption is 4mg/g. When pH, time, temperature and Heavy metal ions initial concentration are equal to 7, 25℃,30min, 20ug/L separately, the adsorption efficiency of Cu2+ is 95%, unit adsorption is 2.7mg/g.In test ,alkali as desorption agent and dilute HCl as regenerative agent to desorb-regenerate Cr6+ adsorbent, it finds that Cr6+ could be desorbed from adsorbent by NaOH-Na2CO3 and the highest desorption rate is 15%, the maximum adsorption rate is 50% after regenerating. HCl-H2O2 as desorption agent and 5%NaOH solution as regenerative agent to desorb-regenerate Cu2+ adsorbent, after five times regenerative-adsorption, the highest desorption rate is 95%, the maximum adsorption rate is 85%.In the Cr6+-Cu2+ interference test, pH, time, temperature and heavy metal ions dosing quantity as influence factors, it finds that Cr6+ and Cu2+ have promotion function in adsorption process. When pH, time, temperature and Heavy metal ions dosing quantityl are equal to 1, 50℃,30min, 3.6 and 0.25mg/g separately, the adsorption quantity is maximum, it is 8.8mg/g.
