Obturation is an important part of Ventilation System, it gets up of ventilation boundary together with laneway mine pillar to control dissolute flow. Obturation is also a concrete measure that may prevent the airflow from flowing into obturation or fire area. In the case of spontaneous fire could not be extinguished in direct outfire way, and owing to combustible gas or other situation, the place of adjacent fire is in danger, so the measures that adopt fire closed and other ways to separate the fire area and other areas must be taken to control as soon as possible. Therefore, obturation play an important role in works of ventilation and fire prevention and extinguishing.Single chip microcomputer collects data of obturation by controlling all kinds of sensors, and then displays on the 12864LCD by processing data preliminarily. At the same time, send the data to the single chip microcomputer host. Then the host sends the data of each substation to the computer in a serial communication way. The data were processed by the computer software, and the function of real-time display, curve plotting, data storage and data management of each parameter arerealized.At present, most of obturation monitoring are manual work, so it is unavoidable for error and neglect, and heavy workload, both a waste of time and hard sledding. Aiming at automatic monitoring of obturation, this paper designs and exploits obturation monitoring system. This system greatly improves the efficiency of obturation monitoring, and saves a lot of manpower and resouces. At the same time, it enhances the overall management level of monitoring system of mine, ensures the reliable operation of underground equipment effectively, and offers a reliable scientific basis for management and repair of equipment.This paper use high reliable STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as core chip to implement the real-time monitoring and real-time processing of all parameters in obturation, by linking with computer of central control room, the remote monitoring of obturation is realized, the problem such as heavy workload and manual errors are solved.
