With the expanding of mining activities , the increase of mining depth , the Dongtan mine and surrounding mine has occurred rock burst phenomenon .The Dongtan coal mine already entered the deep mining stage, and the sixth mining area is pre mining whose mining geological structure and coal seam occurrence condition is more complex. Therefore, it is objective existence that rock burst has the potential dangers.This paper takes the sixth mining area in Dongtan coal mine as the research object, based on geological conditions and stress field analysis to preliminary design and optimize for the sixth mining area, and it also established the most superior mining scheme. By analyzing some method such as the laboratory test and field test and data comparison and other method, the coal seam burst tendency and borehole burst critical pressure and other burst conditions parameters of the sixth mining area in Dongtan coal mine are studied. Supported by established mining scheme ,combined with mining practical situation and coal seam occurrence condition and used FLAC numerical simulation software to built three dimensional calculation model ,this paper analyzes the stress distribution ,each coal bed which is mined, and combined with the theoretical calculation, it is comprehensive identified by the stress distribution of upper and lower coal mining coal . According to the mechanism of mining dynamic disasters, this paper summarizes the sixth mining area coal seam shock burst conditions and main parameters on the effect of burst happening. Combined with geological conditions and mining conditions of the sixth mining area, and stress distribution situation after mining, thus the article predicts the risk zone of rock burst and danger degree of each coal bed. According to the forecast outcome, the feasible mining technical measures and monitoring methods and treatment measures is made for the risk zone of rock burst.The research result in this paper will play a guiding role in the prediction,monitor and integrated prevention and control work of rock burst in Dongtan coal mine of the sixth mining area, which gives a technical support to safe mining. It also provides theoretical base to the safe mining for coal seam mining that has burst tendency. |
