There are a lot of companies which research and production and sales internal grinder in the market, and, sales by size, currently has a maximum processing capacity of the internal grinder for the M250A, its processing capacity: the maximum grinding diameter isφ500mm, maximum depth is 450mm. M250A processing capacity can not meet the requirements. By analysis and comparison, in the economic, practical, cost-effective principles of consideration, has decided to develop a high-performance internal grinder. This internal grinder not only meet the development needs of the company's production and processing, but also fill gaps in internal grinder series, and have played a certain reference for the study of larger machine tools in the future.In the design process, the reference to the traditional methods and experience which design of internal grinder, and on the basis of economy and practicaliyt, in order to achieve high performance, high automation, etc., this paper designed some new technologies. Horizontal structure of the internal grinder, the headstock only driven workpiece to do rotary movement, the table achieves vertical reciprocating, the wheelhead achieves horizontal reciprocating on the table. We designed a special structure of headstock box, in order to reduc the motor's mounting height and increase the stability of headstock; by frequency conversion motor as power source for headstock, it's faster and more convenient to adjustment the workpiece speed,and the degree of automation of grinding is improved; the back-end of headstock spindle set of unloading structure, the power causeed by belt drive can transmission to the headstock box, improve the stiffness and ratation accuracy of the spindle; for the spindle of headstock, we designed hydrostatic bearing with a new pin feedback restrictor, greatly improving the stiffness and ratation accuracy of the bearing, and ensure the quality of the product processing; in order to avoid crawl phenomenon of table, designed a unloaded slideway with plastic, reducing the load on the support slideway,lower or even eliminate the chance of crawl phenomenon.The internal grinder is designed on the based of product process and only for through hole. If you want to process conical hole, it is convenien to increase a mechanism with rotation angle. In order to improve grinding efficiency and automation of processing, we can increase the online measurement system and some other new technologies. |
