At present, organophosphorus pesticide is one species of most commen pesticide, it is also has widest application. The advantages are evident effect, varietious kinds and the residence time of toxicity is very short. At the same time, it brings some questions of polluting environment and damaging peoples'healthy. About this, one of the preventive measures to this case is setting up fast and accurately detemerines the organophosphorus pesticide. The traditional detection methods of residues of organophosphorus pesticides are gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, thin-layer chromatography and the biological measuring meathod and so on. But there are some shortcomings existing in above methods, such as time-consuming and samples handing tediously. by contrast, fluorescent analytic method has strongpoint about determining faster, costing fewer reagent, has higher sensitivity, etc. Fluorescence probe technology has high sensitivity and the dynamic response range is extremely wide. So it is significant to establish new fluorescent probe with higher sensitivity and lower detection limit of determining organophosphorus pesticide residues. The mainly content of this paper includes three parts:1.In this paper, the basic principle of the fluorescence analytical approach were sumed up, the organophosphorus pesticides, its present use situation and harm, then the method and application of the organophosphorus pesticides were reviewed in details.2. several kinds of new fluorescence probes for determining residues of organophosphorus pesticides have been explored:①In the Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution at pH =6.40, the fluorescence intensity of Phloxine is enhanced when a certain concentration of the Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide( CTMAB ) is added. The enhanced fluorescence intensity is declined obviously after adding organophosphorus pesticides and the reduced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of organophosphorus pesticides. Based on this, a new fast and simple method for the determination of the organophosphorus pesticides total-residues was developed.②In the Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution at pH=6.00, the fluorescence intensity of Diiodofluorescein is enhanced when a certain concentration of the Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) is added. The enhanced fluorescence intensity is declined obviously after adding phoxim and the reduced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of phoxim residues. Based on this, a new fast and simple method for the determination of the phoxim total-residues was developed.③In the KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 (Sфrensen) buffer solution at pH=6.40, the fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine B is enhanced when a certain concentration of the Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid Sodiumsalt (SDBS) is added. The enhanced fluorescence intensity is declined obviously after adding organophosphorus pesticides and the reduced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of organophosphorus pesticides. Based on this, a new fast and simple method for the determination of the organophosphorus pesticides total-residues was developed.④In the KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 (Sфrensen) buffer solution at pH =6.80, the fluorescence intensity of Acridine Yellow is enhanced when a certain concentration of the Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid Sodiumsalt (SDBS) is added. The enhanced fluorescence intensity is declined obviously after adding organophosphorus pesticides and the reduced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of organophosphorus pesticides. Based on this, a new fast and simple method for the determination of the organophosphorus pesticides total-residues was developed.3. Study for the interaction theory between organophosphorus and fluorescence probes. The fluorescence spectra and the absorption spectra of dye, the complex of dye and organophosphorus, the complex of dye and surfactant, the complex of dye, surfactant and organophosphorus were studied. The reaction mechanisms of them were analyzed preliminarily.
