| Combining with the design of digital jacquard and weaving technology, this article gives conceive of the design manufacturing process to generic weaving trademark in improving the traditional design and manufacture technology and proposed a design method for trademark in digital color imitating and relief visual effect obtaining.According to the coloring weave and color design principle of trademark, a weft backed weave-database of color gradation is designed aimed at the design and application of trademark. With the combined match of basic color (red,yellow,blue,green,black), a series of colors are displayed by the use of three coloring method: single weft weave coloring, double weft weave coloring, and triple weft weave coloring. Then with the applying of weft backed weave-database of color gradation, a color imitating spectrum for trademark is established. Seen from the pictures of color imitating-fabric which are listed in the article, we can see that the color and gradation effect get well displayed. In the process of product development for trademark, different color presentation requirements can be directly picked from the weave-database of color gradation, which greatly improved efficiency in the design. Then utilize the color imitating spectrum, combine the jacquard weaving CAD, choose pattern, material, structure and technological parameters rationally, and adopt digital weaving techniques, finally a digitial color imitating trademark product is developed.This article also conducts the study of relief visual effect for trademark, and proposes a structure with high density to obtain the relief visual effect for trademark. The design principle focus on the resolving of pattern structure which needs to be fixed after the ground structure is determined. Then allocate different partial weave structure from the pattern with the satisfication of balance demands for weave binding. Designate every single partial weave structure with the same weft density of ground structure to achieve the doubled weft density for the pattern portion of trademark, plus the securing of backing structure in the back of trademark, pattern woofs are expected to cluster round all togrther, and favourable relief visual effect in the pattern of trademark can be achieved. Then utilize the design processure of high density in the pattern structure, take the practical technical parameters for the production of trademark as a reference, after adopting the weaving process of trademark, a digital relief visual effect trademark is finally developed.In the end, this article also did some experiments on the appearance character of relief visual effect trademark and wear resisting property on both new developed digital trademark, for the test results, analysis and discussion was presented, which comes to the summary conclusion of this paper: the improving design method for color imitating trademark and relief visual trademark is a efficient way to achieve digitization compared with traditional ordinal trademark. |
