The mainly organic acids determination methods are high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detection, gas chromatography (GC) and ion chromatography (IC). Many impurities have UV absorption at 210 nm, which bothered the analysis of organic acids. GC determination needs derivatization firstly, which increased operation complexity. Compared with other methods, ion chromatography is an environment-friendly and worker-friendly analysis approach. At the same time, in order to further develop the application of carbon nanotube in the solid phase extraction field, carbon nanotubes extraction effect of growth hormone in plants was investigated. This article consists of three parts.1 Determination of acrylic acid from catalytic preparation lactic acid by ion chromatographyIn the process of catalytic preparation of acrylic acid from lactic acid, in order to monitor catalytic process effectively and timely, an anion-exchange chromatography (AEC) method have been established for the simultaneous determination of lactic acid and acrylic acid.2 Determination of glycolate acid, mono-and dichloroacetic acids in betaine media by anion-exchange chromatographyA simple anion-exchange chromatography was established to determinate glycolic acid (GL), monochloroacetic acid (MCA) and dichloroacetic acid (DCA) in synthetic betaine simultaneously. And strong cation exchange and IC-Ag solid phase extraction were used in sample pretreatment to reduce the betaine concentration and chloride concentration.3 Multi-walled carbon nanotubes as a solid phase extraction adsorbent for analysis of indole-3-butyric acid and 1-naphthlcetic acid in bean sproutsAuxins were extracted by aqueous methanol, preconcentrated and cleaned up using a solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridge packed with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT). Factors that may affect the enrichment efficiency of MWNT SPE such as the breakthrough volume and the volume of eluent were investigated. |
