| This paper mainly studies two chemical methods ofβ- cyclodextrins grafted on cotton fabrics. Glutaraldehyde/β- cyclodextrins grafting cotton fabric was made and glutaraldehyde was used as crosslinking agent. The orthogonal experiments were conducted based onβ- cyclodextrins concentration, glutaraldehyde concentration, catalysts (six water magnesium chloride) concentration, curing temperature and time. The result was commented by the the rate of grain in fabric weight. The optimum technological conditions:β-cyclodextrins concentration for 60g/L, glutaraldehyde concentration for 100 g/L, six water magnesium chloride concentration for 30g/L, baking temperature 170℃, baking time 5min. The factors that affect fabric's whiteness, breaking strength and so on were discussed.PBTCA/β- cyclodextrins grafting cotton fabric was made by using PBTCA as the crosslinker. The factors that affect fabric's whiteness, breaking strength and so on were discussed. Through that, the better conditions were gained. The grafted rate of the two methods mentioned above is above 10%. Washed after 20 times the grafted fabric's weightlessness rate was less than 0.6%. It improved that the grafted fabric was washable. It was found that fabric's surfaces changed after being grafted by electron microscopy.Thymol was one kind of balmy and antibacterial agent. The anti-bacterial fabric was prepared. Through orthogonal experimental, the optimal process was got:closure temperature 25℃closure, closure time for 4h, pH value for 5, closure of the unit after quality fabric musk grass phenols content to 13mg/g. The antimicrobial test experimental proved that the anti-bacterial fabric had good antibacterial property and good washable performance. |
