Research On Chiral PCP-pincer Palladium Complexes Catalyzed Hydrophosphination Of α, β-Unsaturated Geminal Bisphosphonates

This thesis focused on the metal-catalyzed asymmetric addition betweenα,β-unsaturated geminal bisphosphonates and diphenylphosphine. We found the chiral pincer palladium complexes are efficient catalysts for the asymmetric addition betweenβ-arylideneα,β-unsaturated geminalbisphosphonate and diphenylphosphine. Under the optimum conditions, the reaction can give the products with moderate to high enantioselectivities (up to 96% ee) and good yields. This is the first example of metal-catalyzed the asymmetric addition betweenα,β-unsaturated geminal bisphosphonates and diphenylphosphine.
