Alcohol wastewater discharge of water pollutants, high concentration, suspended solids content high, high temperature, like acid, of high concentration organic wastewater. In this article, the "UASB-biological contact oxidation" main body process optimization design and the industrialization test, for large UASB reactors quick start, sludge fast toro rosso's research, review combination process and constitute a unit in the presence of organic matter purification efficiency, and the combination process control characteristics, in order to further promote the application of anaerobic-aerobic joint treatment technology of high concentration organic wastewater treatment operation control technology and the whole process level.The operation results show that the anaerobic reactors with low concentration, high, intermittent water hydraulic loading the start way, control COD concentration of influent was 3000-3500 mg·L-1,1.0 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1 or so,20 days to complete launched; Through the load improve and stable operation stage, volume reached 6.5 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1 or so, COD removal rate to 84.5% on average. The reactor volume load 3.0 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1 or so, was formed body sludge; Load to about 5.0 kgCOD·(m·d)-1, start to appear granular sludge; Since then the load to about 6.1 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1, generating a large settlement with good sex of granular sludge, realize toro rosso sludge. According to the different operation conditions of the operation result showed that:alcohol wastewater anaerobic reactors in into the former adjust pH 6.5-7.5, and control the inlet water temperature of 35±1℃, when the reactor volume load of 6.1 kgCOD(m3·d)-1, HRT for 11.6 h, reactor operation effect is good.Biological contact oxidation reactor with fiber are packing, the intermission water hanging way membrane start, feed COD concentration was 480-530 mg·L-1, dissolved oxygen control in 3-4 mg·L-1, when COD removal rate steady at 76.0% or more, finished packing hang the cultivation of membrane and the microbes domestication. Load operation results show that, when COD water is 470-530 mg·L-1, BOD5 is 210-250 mg·L-1, SS for 100-130 mg·L-1, dissolved oxygen control for 3-4 mg·L-1, COD, BOD5 and SS average removal efficiency were 81.7%,88.2% and 68.2%. In the whole operation stage, the sludge from sensory experience from at the beginning of a beige finally into a black brown, by inoculation of sludge concentration when 3800 mg·L-1 the ultimate stability in 4500 mg·L-1.
