Solid phase extraction sample preparation technology, because of its efficient, reliable and cost little solvent quantity, simple operation and easy to realize automation advantages in the sample preparation was widely used. At present has become a very important method for chromatographic analysis. At present, the reports of the carbon nanotubes used for solid phase extraction adsorption materials for separation and enrichment are not many, and mainly concentrated on the environment of heavy metal ion, and using modified carbon nanotubes for metal ions in adsorption study, mainly concentrate in the pesticides and some drug research to the organic pollutant. This paper purpose to establish the water separation, enrichment and analysis of phenolic compounds, chose new carbon quality material carbon nanotubes as solid phase extraction adsorption materials, established the multi-walled carbon nanotubes SPE-HPLC to the water phenolic compounds method.1. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as solid-phase extraction adsorbents coupled with HPLC for the extraction of.Several factors such as MWCNTs pipe diameter and dosage, the kind and volume of eluent, the flow rate, pH and volume of sample solution, which may influence the extraction efficiency of MWCNTs-SPE were optimized. In the optimized conditions, the minimum detection limit was 0.15 ug/L, relative standard deviation (RSD) was 8.5%, and the recoveries were greater than 84.1%, satisfactory results were achieved in the water of bisphenol A. The experiment also examined the same column repeated use 6 times enrichment extraction efficiency, the relative standard deviation was 2.9%.2. MWCNTs as solid-phase extraction adsorbents coupled with HPLC for the determination of the water tetrabromobis phenol A. Under the optimal conditions, the TBBPA minimum detection limit was 0.12 ug/L, relative standard deviation were less than 8.7%, The method can be applied to determine TBBPA in actual water, the labeled recovery was 87.7~94.8%.3. Phenol,2,4-Dichorophenol and 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol were chosen as target compounds in order to study the applied MWCNTs as solid phase extraction adsorbent, Factors that may influnce the extraction efficiency were optimized and the optimal enrichment conditions were obtained. The experimental results showed that this method had high sensitivity, the minimum detection limit in 0.1~0.15 ug/L, and the relative standard deviation between 2.0-10.4%, and the labeled recovery was 74.8-102.5%.Good results were achieved from the analysis of environmental water samples. The adsorption efficiency of MWCNTs, Oxidation MWCNTs and C18 were compared in the experiment, and the results indicatedthat MWCNTs showed the comparable adsorption efficiency for Phenol and 2,4-Dichorophenol,and more excellent adsorption efficiency for 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol.
