Introducing digital design technology actively is the current developing trend of machinery manufacturing industry, if the digital design technology integrated into the design process of machine tool, the development efficiency can be improved, the production costs can be reduced, and the machine tool accuracy can be increased. That must be great theoretical and practical significance for the design of machine tool. The developing of machine tool design level can be accelerated and the capability of independent innovation of machine tools can be improved, if the accuracy analysis combined with digital technology.In this paper, basing on the functional and performance requirements of the software system, the overall design of software was made with the architecture, work processes, data flow diagram and system functions. The two key technology of the static accuracy with using the multi-body system theory and the dynamic characteristic with using the secondary development technology of ANSYS was analyzed. Then, processing performance simulation, sensitive errors, modal, harmonic response were completed, and the simulation value, Sensitivity, the natural frequency, vibrating equipment and the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve. With the example of KVC1050N CNC machining centers, the static accuracy was achieved considering the accuracy of deputy campaign in all directions. In addition, with the example of AVCP1200H CNC machine tool, the dynamic characteristics were completed considering the surface characteristics. System data Management was realized by describing the developing technology, and the database tables and table relationships of the system were designed detailed.According to above achievement, the static accuracy and dynamic characteristics were analyzed, the software system of accuracy digital design of machine tool considering the surface characteristic was developed, and the system-running instance was given at last.
