This article put forward a moving mechanism,having the function of the double helix line feed and planetary motion, which is applied to cleaning of Aluminum Bag Machine, and undertake reaseach into the design of the moving track of the special milling machine tools, using for clearing water carried bags aluminum impurity; it figurs out the process track, spiral angle range and planetary transmission trajectory and so forth based on the principle of the machining of metals; finally used CAE software for the analysis of 3D modeling and finite-element.This article starts with the external structure of the aluminum bag, as well as the position and shape of aluminum impurity in it, collects magnanimous relevant mechanism, technical information and data, discusses four overall plans,make use of computer 3D modeling,and finally certains the overall plan. This article follows the principle of the ordinary milling machine cutting processing for reference, and puts forward a two big cutter in symmetrical distribution way. It will be going to do the planet type movement when it works, and can also mill the bottom after cleaning the two-man ladle wall. At the same time, adding a little on the center of the mill cutter can clean the place that big cutter can't. This structure can greatly improve the efficiency of the two-man lable.During the research, we take more consideration on the cutting form, which compared with the other three, make sure the cutter's diameter, position relevance and angle of inclination of the cutter and cutting speed, and finally to compute the milling force of at that three points. So we can get the double helix through out the calculation of the cutter milling track. It's going to move alone the helix during the milling, to control the width of the milling, giving speed and revolution speed, so that we can improve the efficiency of the milling and prevent from leak milling.Taking use of the present Computer Simulation Software, ansyliing the critical, and have it figured out to some important component, such as mill support and milling cutter. Hence, we can get the maximum stress value on each direction and the biggest displacement partial quantity under the regular working condition on mill support and milling cutter, which can optimize the mechanism and provide a valuable data in the future.
