The rotor and the stator are key parts of the Screw drilling tool. By the improvementof requirements to the mechanical equipment, application cannot be satisfied by commonstator with rubber lining. A solution is adopted to manufacture the stator with steel innerspiral surface. The capability and efficiency of the new type Screw drilling tool will beincreased high. So a new issue is given about the manufacture technique.This article unifies the domestic and foreign various profile processing presentsituation, in view of the present screw motor stator processing process deficiencies, we putforward a new processing method of stator inner spiral surface, the main contents aresummarized as follows:First of all, The main work and significance of the study in the paper are definited byresearching on the development of the screw drilling tool in the nation and foreign.then thespace mathematic modal of the spiral curve is established by analyzing the meshingengagement rule of the drlling tool and the theory knowledge of the internal spiral curve.The equal wall thickness rubber bush is improved by analyzing the mathematic modal.Then, A new working method of the internal spiral curve is introduced basing on theenvelope technology after comprehensively analyzing the merits and faults of the all kindsof the work methods and detail calculation of cutter machining position andtrajectory,determine the machining program.Finally, The multi-head screw motor stator processing process analysis and the use ofVisual C++ digtial programming ,realization of planing motion analysis andmodeling,avoid test-cut method resulted in the waste of manpower and material resources.Based on the equal wall thickness metal stator screw motor cross section shapeanalysis, formulated the helical planing feeding programmes and cutting parameters, theapplication of Visual C ++ tool envelope feeding scheme and parameters for thepreparation into computer aided processing system, to guide the practice provides certainhelp.
