The Construction Way To Realistic Choice Of Ecological Civilization In China

After entering the 21st century, with a profound understanding of ecological crisis, ecological civilization is attached importance by the universal concern of all countries. Western developed countries elevated ecological protection to a new level, and ecological civilization has developed to a new stage worldwide. In our contury, ecological civilization construction is written into the Constitution in the report to the Seventeenth Party Congress, and now China entered the period of developing ecological civilization officially. Ecological civilization ,a bran-new civilization after industrial civilization, is a whole new form of civilization achieved by developing in harmony with nature, even more a sublimation of scientific development and harmonious development. Ecological civilization construction has great significance for solving the current critical resources, harsh climate, environmental problems and the harmonious development of our economic and social.In this dissertation, starting from the historical background and research trends at home and abroad of the ecological civilization construction, the connotation, basic principles and necessity of ecological civilization construction is elaborated in detail. Regarding successful experience of Sweden, Germany, the United States and Japan, and failures of the former Soviet Union about ecological civilization construction , the revelation of the foreign ecological civilization construction is analysised.Then, a questionnaire survey is conducted about citizens awareness level of ecological civilization, the daily life of current situation and the choices with regard to ways of ecological civilization construction, and through analysising the problems reasons of ecological civilization construction, reasons of the causes are summarized.On this basis, considering of the concrete practice, refine ecological civilization construction should follow the ways and means, from strengthening the protection of natural systems, transforming development approach of economic systems, providing the protection of political system,and playing a guiding role of the concept system, and the way of the ecological civilization construction for the Chinese situation is pointed out.
