The Design And Research Of All-Electric Tire Molding Curing Press

The tire shaping curing press is the most important equipment in the tire processing. The quality of the tire depends on the quality of the equipment directly. The tire curing equipment has been improved on greatly during the years and which is wildly used today, including mechanism curing press and hydraulic curing press.The thesis processes some innovation in the designing of the all electric tire shaping curing press at the guidance of innovation method. The innovation process in press framework and capsule operating framework, the new designing make the structure of the tire shaping curing press much more predigest, and also the stability and precision of the equipment get improved.In this issue, we have done related work and got the following results:First, the thesis has innovated the new conception tire shaping curing press for the first. The curing press assimilates the advantage of other curing equipments, and has excellent synthesis machine performance.Second, the thesis has innovated the press framework of the all-electric tire shaping curing press for the first. The movement locus of the press framework is perpendicularity. This press framework uses the ball screw spiral vice, and also it integrates the technology of sensor. And this framework has the advantage such as stability, precision and so on. It is one of the innovations in the designing.Third, the thesis has innovated the capsule operating framework of the all-electric tire shaping curing press for the first time. And the capsule operating framework used the ball screw spiral vice, which has combined with the technology of the electromagnetic clutch.Fourth, the all-electric tire shaping curing press has the advantage of saving a lot of steel, owning lower cost, having the short cycle of design and manufacturing and easy maintenance.Fifth, the thesis puts forward several method of calculating the power firstly. Sixth, finite element analysis software is used in the design. We carried out finite element analysis for important components. The structure of the analysis of different options had been analyzed. The deformation is calculated with finite element method were compared. And then we made evaluation of various options for optimization. It makes the structure more reasonable and reliable.Seventh, parameterized three-dimensional shape design and dynamic process simulation is used in this design. Using motion simulation of the machine, we discovered and solved the existence of irrational design and interference phenomena, which is good for achieving the optimal design and improving the design level.
