Environmental protection packaging materials has attracted more and more social attention, as an important class of low carbon environmental protection packaging material, the paperboard, with the new feature, appeared in various functional of board. In the field of heavy packaging, paperboard material for the corresponding strengthening processing technology, can replace the wood, plywood and other materials. In this paper, common corrugated board was used as substrate, the chemical strengthening of paperboard surface, combine with the board structure performance was researched, which could provide certain basis for strengthening technology application of the paperboard.By the comparative analysis of structure strengthening and chemical enhancement to determine mainly use the method of the chemical reinforcement of the paperboard surface, structural reinforcement as a supplement to the research train of thought.Modeled the structure of paperboard, established a laminated paperboard structure model.LS-2 surface sizing starch, PS-255 paint sizing agent, CPAM, CMC, CZMQ-02, NaSiO2 was used for surface sizing agent to do the enhancement test of paperboard suface, studied the effect of the coating thickness and concentraition of the surface sizing agent on the paperboard strength, established ECT-concentration-thickness diagram, used the SEM to observe the film forming ability of the surface of paperboard, analysised the performance of surface sizing agent.LS-2 surface sizing starch, CMC CZMQ-02 was used for paperboard enhance, through orthogonal experiment, ECT as the main index, obtained optimal condition for bonding: mixed solution 9%, CMC 0.5%, CZMQ/LS-2 1:10, temperature 85℃.Double corrugated, corrugated paperboard and honeycomb was enhanced by auxiliaries adhesive to get the composite structure paperboard of corrugated / corrugated, corrugated / honeycomb. ECT, Side pressure, flat compression, puncture intensity was tested, the result was that using the enhanced aid, ECT has been significantly improved, flat compression strength was certain improved, but punctured strength was as large as the white latex adhesive.The strengthening auxiliaries adhesive of double wall corrugated paperboard creep model was obtained through creep performance test. After long time test of the auxiliary strengthen paperboard, strain ratio smaller than the paperboard which was no strenghen, creep resistance was increased.Combining with PRO/E model and using ANSYS Workbench software, the buckling load of corrugated / corrugated, corrugated / honeycomb structure with strengthening agent was analysised to get the buckling load of corrugated / corrugated, corrugated / honeycomb structural. The weak unit of paperboard structure was discovered through the stress strain analysis of the workbench, which was provide a basis for the strengthen of paperboard.
