With the problem of global climate change being increasingly conspicuous, greenhouse gas emission got more and more recognition, and many countries began to do much research on this problem. Among numerous abatement measures, carbon emissions trading is considered the most effective, which is also proved by the practical experiences of developed countries, such as Europe and America. Referring to the experiences of developed countries, China also set up its own carbon trading market. However, there are some issues which hindered the development in the process, such as slack regulation and transaction chaos, which seriously hindered the development of energy conservation, emission reduction and foreign trade. This research tries to find some methods to solve the problems through in-depth analysis. This paper deeply analyzes the reason of the climate problem with related economic theory, and make it sure that emissions trading is the most effective method to solve the climate problem. Comparing the domestic carbon emissions trading market with the market in the developed countries, it points out that there are many problems in our market, such as the inequality of initial distribution, imperfection of law system and so on. We should establish a unified carbon trading platform, strengthen market oversight and institutional innovation to promote the development of carbon markets. In addition, this paper also analyzes the influence of carbon tariffs on China's export through relevant example.Aiming at solving the problems of carbon trading market and foreign trade, this thesis proposes some suggestions to promote the development of foreign trade, such as increase research and development of low-carbon technology, improve energy efficiency, and strengthen the communication with developed countries and so on.
