| Since new century, steel industry has developed rapidly, brings the huge benefit for the country, simultaneously discharges the debris has had the serious destruction to the environment. Iron tailings in Anshan has the high-valence iron and silicon, the iron content achieved above 7%, the SiO2 content achieves 71%; the MgO content in the magnesite stone debris achieves 46%; the Al2O3 content in the alumina achieves 88%.The principal constituent in these debris may prepare micrite glass as raw material, therefore, this article studies on preparing micrite glass by the debris, opens a new way for the solid reject recycling use.The paper first takes raw material by the analytically pure reagent, prepares the foundation glass with the high temperature melting method, obtains the coring and the crystallization temperature range with DSC, uses the agglutination legal system to take the micrite glass; The first group takes the senate compares the test specimen without Fe2O3, the experiment carry on with the first group without Fe2O3 compare with second group joined Fe2O3, the experimental result obtains the crystal joining Fe2O3 was still the cordierite crystal which conforme the cordierite of the micrite glass, thus there is feasibility using high-valence iron debris system in Anshan produce the cordierite-micrite glass.In order to determine the content of Na2O in cordierite-micrite glass, the experiments carries on by surveying the corresponding melting point, the density and the porosity, analysis test specimen SEM as well as the XRD image with varies containing of Na2O (from 0%5%).The experiment obtains the following result: There is feasibility to prepare cordierite-micrite glass by debris in Anshan; As the content of Na2O increased, test specimen beginning melting temperature drops, and when the content of Na2O is 5% , beginning melting temperature, a hemisphere temperature and completely melting temperature decrease to minimum; When the content of Na2O is 3% and 5% , the interpolation of bulk density and the true density, the water-absorptivity and closed porosity is the minimum value; the micrite glass contains obvious uniform cordierite crystal anasys by SEM and XRD when Na2O is 3% and 5%.We can get conclusion from the result: There is huge amount of commercial value to prepare micrite glass by debris in Anshan; The best content of Na2O in prepared micrite glass is 5% . |
