In the process of anionic reverse flotation, the reagent feeding has a great influence on concentrate grade, but because of the strong non-linearity and uncertainty between the reagent and its influence factor, it is difficult to be described with accurate mathematical models, and it is also difficult to be controlled by conventional controlling method. For a long time, it is always to use manual methods to regulate the reagent feeding, resulting in the concentrate grade fluctuating frequently and reagent wasting seriously.In order to solve the above problems, this paper on the basis of a concentrator flotation production is actual, put forward a system based on image recognition and OPC communication anionic reverse flotation intelligent dosing control scheme. Firstly, according to the image recognition system, through the camera to control center transmission of real-time image processing, then the control processing center after treatment, to get useful information, and according to the obtained information on the flotation process the concentrate grade and recovery rate for real-time prediction.. The results show that the proposed image recognition system is conducive to the concentrate grade and recovery of real-time prediction. The concentrate grade and recovery rate of accurate prediction, by rough set neural network, by adding medicament control law, realize reasonable adding medicament. Then, in the factory existing communications network and equipment as the basis, using OPC technology to realize the data communication, with SQL SERVER as database system, VB.NET system as the development platform of the intelligent control system. Simulation results show that, the intelligent dosing control model to achieve the accurate prediction of medicaments quantity. Intelligent dosing control model can pass the OPC communication technology and dosing machine PC software Kingview data exchange, so as to achieve the purpose of adding medicament intelligent control.
