| The two nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys HastelloyC276 alloy and HastelloyB3 alloy studied in this paper are the most representative alloys in Nickel-based Corrosion-Resistant Alloy. The hole-type plasma arc welding is used to connect two C276 alloys and two B3 alloys and heat treatment technology is studied on the welding joint about these two kinds of alloys. The effects of heat treatment on mechanical properties, microstructure, micro-hardness and intergranular attack resistant properties of the welded joints has been studied. The composition of the precipitate which in the intergranular of the welded joints are studied by scanning electronic(SEM),Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). At last, the database system about nickel-based alloys connection by the plasma welding method is established with the Delphi2007 and MS SQL Server2005.The hole-typed plasma welding can be well used in welding nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys with the appropriate welding parameters. There are almost no crack and air hole in the welded joint with the observation on the microstructure. The intergranular attack resistant properties of the welded joints about C276 alloy is very well but not very of the welded joint about B3 alloy.The intergranular attack resistant properties of the welding joints about C276 alloy is the best when it is held one hour at the temperature of 1120℃. The intergranular attack resistant properties of the welding joints about B3 alloy is the best when it is held one and a half hour at the temperature of 1075℃When increase the holding time, the grain size growing obviously about organization of the welding joints, The strength and the hardness of the welded joint about the two alloys are tend down.The sub-structure characteristics of the grain about two welded joint are studied. The composition of the precipitate can be found in the intergranular of the welded joints.The database system about nickel-based alloys connection by the plasma welding method is established based on the research of Plasma welding about the C276 and the B3 nickel-based alloys. The system achieve the functions of Collection and query the information of basic information of the Nickel-based alloys, the processes of plasma welding, the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and microstructure about the joints of C276 and B3 alloys. |
