The Management System Research Of Building Solid Waste Recycling Utilization

In order to alleviate and eliminate construction waste posed a serious threat to the living environment of human beings, we need to manufacture and use renewable building materials which have sustainable development as soon as possible.The treatment recovery, recycling of the building solid waste is the closed circular economy industrial chain,saving energy and resources to achieve clean production,and protect the human living environment, that can take a virtuous circle road of the sustainable development. We should step up the study of construction waste recycle and reuse,to make the "waste" become one part of the circular economy,which will be integrated into the ecological balance system.This thesis analyses the theoretical basis of the recycling construction solid waste,from the circulation economic theory, the sustainable development theory, and clean production theory etc, and then summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant legal system, which provide the theoretical conditions and basis for promoting the management of construction solid waste recycling, this is the foundation to establish and perfect the management system.On the basis of ecological, technological, economic, and social aspects of feasibility analysis, argu the importance and urgency of management of building solid waste recycle and reuse, obtain the rationality in technological and economic and the beneficial effects in social and ecological.At last,through the analysis of the principles, meaning and organization structure, system of the management system of the building solid waste,establishing the construction solid waste recycling management system, its combination of fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model to build a management system to match the performance evaluation model. the application research shows that, if the evaluation model for practical construction waste recycling management system evaluation,which can be better that put forward the suggestion, and to perfect the system of each link, to pay much attention to the existing problem of the study concludes, to promote the construction of solid waste recycle and reuse of development.
