| Beer bottle unscrambler is an auxiliary equipment of modern beer packaging production line, which is used to unscramble the mixed and disordered recycling beer bottles arranging in specific sequence, in order to satisfy the requirement in next working procedure.Currently, it generally uses glass bottle for beer packaging in domestic, while the existing technology for unscrambling glass beer bottle is not mature, so the unscrambler products have more or less defects, such as complex structure, large size, high price and poor reliability, which can not satisfy the high-speed production or in accordance with the business needs. Therefore, in-depth research for the mechanical system of glass beer bottle unscrambler has strong practical significance and urgency.This project aims to develop a high-speed glass bottles unscrambler in accordance with the domestic enterprise needs, by using machine operation instead of traditional manual operation to improve production efficiency and automation of beer packaging production line, and to increase the economy and market competitiveness for beer production enterprise.At the beginning of this project, a great deal of prophase research work has been done, the advantages and disadvantages of existing glass bottle unscrambling technology and products in domestic and foreign have been analyzed and compared, and the mechanical system design scheme of water-floating glass bottles unscrambler combined with beer production enterprise's actual situation in domestic has been determined.In order to ensure the reliability of water-floating unscrambler, in-depth analysis on the working principle and factors which may influence unscramble effect of water-floating glass bottles unscramble has been done, which provided reliable theory basis for beer bottle operation route planning and structure design.On this basis, related parameters and each detailed part structure for water-floating unscrambler have been calculated, three-dimensional model of water-floating unscrambler using 3D design software of SolidWorks has been constructed.Finally, the dynamic model of bottle output system which was used in water-floating high-speed glass beer bottle unscrambler has been built and simulated by the multi-body dynamic software RecurDyn, it reproduced the movement of bottle output system effectively. Furthermore, related parameter variations curve has obtained when bottle output system is working, the data of simulation also verifies the reliability of conveying process and provides valuable theoretical basis for optimization. |
