| In this paper, orthogonal test was empolyed to optimize the systhesisprocess of resol phenolic resin.The optimized process conditions are asfollows:reaction temperature is85reaction time is2.5h the molar ratio ofF/P is1.4the amount of catalyst is3wt%.Under this process condition, thephenolic/ethanol solution was prepared and used as the matric ofOcta(aminophenyl)silsesquioxane OAPS/phenolic resin composites andOAPS/carbon fiber/phenolic resin composites..OAPS/phenolic resin composites was prepared with the content of OAPSwere1wt%3wt%5wt%10wt%.FT-IR WAXD SEM TGA DMTA wereemployed to study the miscibility morphology and properties of thecomposites.The results showed that hydrogen-bonding interactions were foundbetween OAPS and phenolic resin by the FT-IR analysis;OAPS was welldispersed in the phenlic resin.After the composites were cured,it appeared thatOAPS were chemically bonded into the phenlic resin.The thermal stability ofcomposites increased with the increasing content of OAPS; the decompositiontemperature of composites increased from462℃to521℃,the yield char increased by5.3wt%; the glass transition temperature of the compositesincreased with the increase of OAPS and the Tg increased from275℃to310℃.In addition,OAPS was added into the carbon fiber/phenollic composites,the ablative and insulation property of the composites were characterized.Theresults showed that the highest back temperature of the composite was365℃,the composite has good heat-insulation performance. |
