Preserving life is the constant theme of human,especially in the higher temple of our life,thework high pressure,the body and mind all exhausted,kinds of diseases frequency happened,healthis particularly important. Mental health is the core faction of traditional health.It play of the greatcharm of the health on the basis of the only substance. With reducing the cost of living,it is themost economical keeping in good health way. Chinese tea culture combines three traditionalculture of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, with a long history, deep meaning and quietenvironment, its ideological spirit of "thrifty","pure","harmony","quiet" make peoplemaintain the mental stability and quiet,inner peace,achieves spiritual wellness. This is the goodcombination of tea and health, but the relevant research is very little,with it can bring goodimprovement not only on people,but also on society.So, the research on it is significant andmeaningfull.The research sourcing from the four tea books to find tea theories of it's mental healthpreserving, from the modern four senior tea scholars to show the mental health effects of Chinesetea, again enters in the realistic society, taking mental health questionnaire study on thecomparative analysis of four kinds of people in oolong tea-drinking in Fuzhou, capital of Fujianprovince, and green tea-drinking in Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi province.More of Fuzhou and Nanchang long-time tea-drinkers start to drink tea under the guidance offriends and family, they think the quality,clean of the tea are more important, and most concernedabout the enjoyment in the tea-drinking. In the process of tea time, has a certain feel on moodrelaxing,relieving stress,puting aside the worry,spiritual refreshing,smoothing body and eleganttemperament, more loving life,with general feeling on mood relaxing and spiritual refreshing;After long-term tea, there are different degrees of improvement on less angry,feelings moresoothing,more calm,relieving stress,learn or work efficiency,more time with friends orrelatives,more harmonious with others,clearing up confusion of life,physically better,morepositive,more enjoy life,more fun in life, with more widely recognized about feelings moresoothing,more harmonious with others and more fun in life.According to findings, these are the strategies and recommendations for promoting the mentalhealth of Chinese tea: through enlightening education, enrichment activities, the edifying of the atmosphere to guide and develop the students' research interests and correct understanding onthe mental health preserving of Chinese tea;On the material basis of the tea taste, taking intoaccount the corporate staff busy, medite tea time on work or travel to relieve stress, relax,thenwith result of work and leisure keeping in good health mutual development; To the enterprisepersons proposed drinking the Chinese tea will harmony with others and harmony at home andabroad; For older people to continue to promote the healthy of drinking tea and drinking tea inscience. Fuzhou should maintain an strong atmosphere of tea drinking, determined in a broaderspace, make it colorful. Nanchang can unify it's original tea-drinking features, integrat of thethicker atmosphere elements, develop the students and expand the space. Overall consolidate andpromote mental health effects of tea which has been confirmed, deepen the mental healthpreserving of Chinese tea, with a view to long-term development.
