The Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new type of renewable water treatment system. It has many advantages compared with conventional wastewater treatment process, which has small floor areas, low sludge production and high output water quality. It"s easy to realize automation and simple to operate and manage. However, the pollution of MBR membrane hinders the spread of the MBR technology greatly. Therefore, it has a great significance to study the cleaning of the MBR membrane in order to spread MBR technology and alleviate the current situation of shortage of water in our country.The factors of ultrasonic online cleaning device designing of MBR were consi-dered and the working condition of MBR in practical project was simulated on the ba-sis of previous study. It combined with design principle of ultrasonic cleaner and an ultrasonic online cleaning experimental device of MBR was designed in the paper. Ac-cording to the effect of ultrasonic online cleaning and influence of microbe in mem-brane pool, the experiment that affects the output water quality to study whether the ultrasonic online cleaning device is feasible or not. And by changing cleaning time and cleaning time interval of ultrasonic online cleaning to learn the effect of microbe in membrane pool, wipe efficiency of COD and wipe efficiency of TN.The cleaning type of designed ultrasonic online cleaning device is input vibration plate; the cleaning mode is vibration cleaning with the same frequency; the farthest clean distance is65mm; the cleaning power is720W; the power density is31W/L; the cleaning frequency is40KHz; the supersonic time is5min; the cleaning interval is24h. After90days experiment research, it is showed that the ultrasonic online cleaning un-der these designed parameters has a good effect of cleaning and preventative pollution for membrane; it can reduce the difference in cleaning effect due to the different ultra-sonic distance; it didn't have obvious bad effect of microbe in membrane pool; it didn't have bad effect on output water quality. And by changing cleaning time and cleaning time interval of ultrasonic online cleaning to learn the effect of microbe in membrane pool, wipe efficiency of COD and wipe efficiency of TN. It is showed that running temperature is (25~30)℃, the aeration intensity is0.8m3/h, the supersonic power den-sity is31W/L, the ultrasonic cleaning frequency is40KHz, the best time and time in-terval of ultrasonic wave online cleaning is10minutes and12hours respectively, which didn't have a bad effect on the microbe and wipe efficiency of COD and wipe efficiency of TN is highest. |
