The Eastern North Two Block of North Sa'ertu oil field is the first block in which wellpattern thickening service is put into service. This block has been in ultra high water-cut stageafter four decade's waterflooding. As well patterns are infilled from time to time, exploitationis becoming more challenging, and new patterns interlace more with the old ones. In additionsome polymer flooding patterns make use of old wells in water flooding patterns, as aconsequence, problems in syntaxis of well patterns among bed series arise. Dynamicmodulation has also become a conspicuous issue. This essay is aimed at solving typicalproblems above. Firstly, the researchers will analyze specific problems existing in the EasternNorth Two Block of North Sa'ertu oil field, which are interlacement of well patterns amongbed series, the ambiguity of bed series division, the complexity between voidage and injection, the overlength of injecting intervals requiring adjustment, complications in syntaxis of wellpatterns among bed series, and serious interlayer contradictions. Secondly, they willinvestigate the outcomes of experiment in effectiveness of improving water floodingexploitation by bed series restructuring; optimize bed series division and flooding patterns onthe basis of modulating the original well patterns and injection-produce system, and programfollow-ups such as tertiary oil recovery in type Ⅱoil layer. At last, they will make aconclusion in order to provide a technical thread of bed series modulation and well patterns'evolution in ultra high water-cut stage. In terms of the technical threads that divide the bed series in detail, design the wellpatterns which are independent of each other, optimize the interspacing, and be able tomodulate conveniently, the research will choose the best bed series combination project fromfour ones and well patterns disposition project from five. Finally the exploitation of this blockis modulated into four independent well patterns according to reservoirs which are Sa'ertuelemental layers, second time encrypted Sa'ertu poor-thin layers, PuⅡ to GaoⅠ10layers,and GaoⅠ10to Gao Ⅲlayers. Well distance of well developed layers, which are Sa, Pu andGao Ⅰ1to9layers, will be designed as250metres. While175-metre-well distance isdesigned for poor-thin layers under Gao Ⅰ10(including Gao Ⅰ10). After trailing corollaryequipment optimizing, the outcomes of exploit is satisfying since the new wells are put intoproduction. Furthermore, interlayer contradiction has reduced. Finally, the degree of wellpatterns under control has rise. This experiment provides a successful case for well patternsmodulation in other blocks and reservoirs, and it is its significance that directing the exploitation of anaphase oil fields which are in ultra high water-cut stage.
