| Mechanical Seal is one of the core foundation of variety fluid mechanical,wearcharacteristics of its face in many degree affect on the fluid machinery equipmentperformance. The surface morphology of friction pair contact surface closely related to sealingperformance of mechanical seals, frictional wear, lubrication properties. Due to wearresistance and lubrication performance of mechanical seal work face has an importantinfluence on use of mechanical seal, therefore, various means or methods are concerned toreduce wear and improve the lubrication properties, one of the key part is seal processingtechnology,the obtained results has a positive effect to improve mechanical seal performance.Surface microstructure of workpiece not only affect on the service performance and servicelife of parts directly, but also have influence on whole equipment performance. Select theappropriate surface micro modelling methods is very important to improvement of the sealingproperty.In this paper, mechanical seal surface friction pair is research object for electrochemicalfinishing and wear experiment,,for the service performance and life of mechanical seal, thekey problem is_surface quality and shape of mechanical work face, this paper usinghomeland and abroad achievement of research on mechanical seal surface processingtechnology, mechanical seal face processed by electrochemical finishing processingtechnology, also discussed research status of the mechanical seal face processing technologyin homeland and abroad. The major research contents are summarized as follows:Firstly, according to the basic principle of electrochemical finishing, reform tolaboratory ordinary lathe, developed better experimental platform for experimental work..Standard specimens of experiment are processed by all kinds of precision lathe, after usingheat treatment way to get hardness standard of specimens.Secondly, using electrochemical finishing preliminary processing the mechanical sealsurface, analysis various influence factors of electrochemical finishing processing results. Thirdly, according to friction and wear experiment of before and after theelectrochemical machining processing samples,get a large collection of data, and accordingto the experimental data analysis surface microstructure changes of a pair of frictioncomponents and wear characteristic, comprehensive studied the influence of surfacemorphology on wear performance, discusses the surface microstructure influence on wearcharacteristics.After research on different micro geometry outline and processing method of a pair offriction surface, Verify the surface morphology significantly effect on seal performance.This paper studies for the further research and analysis the impact of surface morphology towear characteristics have important practical research value and broad prospect of application... |
