Furfural is the low cost, high activity, drawning on plant chemicals. Furan is a kind of important intermediates, widely applied in many important organic synthetic materical, like, pyrrole, THF, thiophene and drug synthesis. Furfural series products deep processing and comprehensive utilization significance. Trime thylsiloxyoxopropyl-methyld ichlorosilane furfural directly from production furan has been the focus of research. By making the catalytic systems furfural furan at home and abroad are reported. Early in the 20th century in the 1960s and 1970s, for preparing furan through decarbonylation of furfural oxidation catalytic furan, such as Zn-Cr, Zn-Cr-Mn, Zn-Cr-Fe metal oxide catalyst. But because of poor stability, reaction conditions demanding, severe pollution and so gradually be eliminated, Since 1970s of furfural catalysis hydrogenation catalyst were off acid-catalyzed mostly focused on Pd, Pt of precious metals research. Due to the preparation methods and the preparation conditions, and chemical composition of the same catalyst, have different catalytic performance, causing catalyst activity and selectivity of biggish difference. In recent years, acoustic cavitation of physical and chemical effect in preparation of catalysts micro structure of the impact caused the people's extensive concern. In preparation of catalysts were due to the use of ultrasonic wave can promote the active metal catalysts scattered and noticeably improve catalyst performance.This paper mainly studied in different preparation methods of preparation of furan process.Respectively using ultrasonic dipping and ordinary dipping two different preparation methods of Pd catalyst preparation load, Using XRD, BET, TEM and technical instruments such as catalysts were characterized, Examine the different between furfural off acid-catalyzed catalysts in the reaction of catalytic activity, studied in different preparation methods of income of catalyst for furfural active influence, Experimental results show that by ultrasonic legal prepared of Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst for preparing furan through decarbonylation of furfural, in response to show furan high catalytic activity.In the reaction temperature, hydrogen flow for 300℃,20ml/min, catalyst for content for the 40g reaction conditions, furfural conversion conversion is about 98%, selective approximately 96%. Compared with ordinary immersion method, ultrasonic impregnation method in the catalyst prepared furfural hydrogenation reaction showed higher catalytic activity and better stability agent.
