At present, environmental pollution is increasingly serious and hascaused a certain effect to people's life and health. It has a very importantsignificance to strengthen the detection method research of organiccontaminant residues. The matrix of environmental samples is usuallyrelative complex and the concentration of organic contaminants inenvironmental samples is very low. It is necessary to separate and enrichthe target analytes through the pretreatment process with the purpose ofachieving the detection demand of low concentration target analytes.Ionic liquid as a new type and green extraction solvent with theadvantages of high chemical stability wide liquid range low volatilityand excellent miscibility have attracted increasing interests and receivedwidespread application in the extraction and separation fields. This papermainly established the detection method of organic contaminants inenvironmental samples based on ionic liquid as extraction solvent andrealized the sensitive determination of the organic contaminants in environmental samples. The main research contents were as followsThe article established the pretreatment method of microwaveassisted extraction coupled with dispersive liquid liquid microextractionbased on ionic liquid to determine the diazinon and phorate in soil byhigh performance liquid chromatography. Through single factorexperiment, the main influence factors on extraction efficiency wereconsidered. The results showed that it could obtain high efficientextraction and enrichment of diazinon and phorate in soil choosing ionicliquid [Omim][PF6] as extraction solvent, methanol as disperse solvent, liquid to solid ratio for4:1, microwave temperature for50, microwavetime for eight minutes. The recovery of the real soil samples was above84%. The method could be used for the determination oforganophosphorus pesticides in environmental soil samples. The article established the pretreatment method of solvent barmicroextraction based on ionic liquid to determine the organophosphoruspesticides in water including parathionmethy, fenitrothion, parathion andphoxim by high performance liquid chromatography. Through singlefactor experiment, the main influence factors on enrichment factor wereconsidered. The results showed the optimum conditions was choosingionic liquid [C8MIM]PF6as extraction solvent, stirring speed for600rpm,extraction temperature for30℃, extraction time for60min. The detectionlimit of the method was between0.015~0.026μg·L-1, the enrichment factor was between116~150. The recovery of the real water samples wasbetween86.71%~103.7%, the relative standard deviation was between1.45%~3.26%. The method could be used for the determination oforganophosphorus pesticides in environmental water samples.Compared with different pretreatment methods including singledrop microextraction, hollow fiber microextraction and solvent barmicroextraction for extracting organophosphorus pesticides in the watersamples. Through comparing with the three pretreatment methods on theextraction efficiency, solvent bar microextraction show a certainadvantages. The article established the pretreatment method of dispersive liquidliquid microextraction based on ionic liquid to determine phenoliccompounds in water including phenol,2,4-dichlorophenol,2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol by high performance liquidchromatography. Through single factor experiment, the main influencefactors on extraction efficiency were considered. The results showed theoptimum conditions were choosing ionic liquid [C8mim][BF4] asextraction solvent, methanol as disperse solvent the volume of extractionsolvent was60μL, the volume of disperse solvent was400μL and pH was5. The recovery of the real water samples was between88.32%~93.57%,the relative standard deviation is between0.97%~2.62%. The methodcould be used for the determination of phenolic compounds in environmental water samples.
