With the increase of the useful life of our concrete shaft lining, due to temperature, load, fatigue, environmental corrosion, etc. together,which result concrete structures internal dislocation, micro-cracks and other damage, while the damage is randomly distributed, and the formation of a damage variable fieldthese variables can be obtained by the strain equivalence principle.Concrete shaft lining in a variety of environmental effect, there will be a variety of diseases, and then gradually damage degradation. Due to chemical reaction or electrochemical action, so that the concrete shaft lining carbonation, reinforcement corrosion, alkali-aggregate reaction and concrete chemical corrosion and other degradation phenomena; due to physical effects, mainly produce freeze-thaw damage of concrete. Environmental effects of carbonation, chloride ion penetration, mainly concrete sidewall surface damage within the matrix gradually freezing and thawing, steel corrosion and alkali-aggregate reaction damage factor, is a direct result of the micro-structural damage within the concrete shaft lining. However, damage and failure is neither sudden nor alone,but follow the mechanism of interaction and accumulation after a certain time, which is only gradually changed from the quantitative to the qualitative.Analysis of the comparative test of four different grouting materials, we found that the admixtures slurry (superfine slurry+triethanolamine+NaCl) the viscosity increase, and other serous four slurry compared groutability grouting effect;Its strength is also four kinds of slurry to increase the maximum help to improve the compression performance, and ensure the durability of the grouting after grouting, while it shorts the setting time, improves the efficiency of the construction, and saving the cost of the grouting, which is optimal grouting program.Figure19table10reference56...
