| As our country continues to strengthen efforts to implement environmental protection policies, the size of the domestic municipal sewage treatment plants continue to expand, the number increased rapidly, and sludge production is also increasing. How to solve environmental problems caused by the excess sludge and sludge utilization become the problem we urgently need to solve. The sludge is extremely complex composition of the non-homogeneous body. It is mainly composed by organic debris, bacteria, bacteria, inorganic particles, colloids, etc. Its main feature is the high moisture content, high organic content, easily corrupt smelly, small particles and difficult to transport and stacking. So we need to deal with the sludge reasonably. Sludge aerobic compositing is considered as an important harmless and utilization way which changes solid organic waste into high quality organic fertilizer. It can not only solve the city sludge environmental pollution problems, but also has great significance for the development of organic fertilizer, to maintain and improve soil fertility and promote agricultural sustainable development. The main content of this paper is as follows:To study the physical and chemical properties of the sludge; aerobic composting of the sludge, to conduct a feasibility assessment and demonstration of sludge in agriculture; study the impact of temperature on composting in the low temperature test.In this paper discuss the heap which has a volume of1m3, the C/N of30, moisture content of55%at a room temperature and be turned artificially. The pile eventually reach a steady state. The maturity is high and the seed germination factor is measured of88.3%.Compost is applied to the collapse area and soil nutrients, heavy metals increased, and the amount heavy metal increased in line with farmland soil quality control standards under the allowable value of national standards "Soil Environmental Quality Standard (GB15618-1995)".This paper concludes that the result at room temperature and natural ventilation is better. Through a comparison between natural ventilation and forced air of sudden drop in temperature we concluded that the room temperature plummeted has great influence on pile composting. Both two trials did not meet the high-temperature phase requires of sludge compost, using a timely manner increases the amount of ventilation can alleviate the adverse effects of the temperature surrounding the compost. |
