At the present time,except the ordinary casting the mould die casting method has applied in the manufacture of anode copper-mold Refer to the Australian Townsville company's pressure casting machine,Yunnan Copper Limited Company developed a new pressure casting machine that products anode plate mould.New pressure casting machine not only make anode plate mold easier by lower the porosity and shrinks, but also reduce the surface roughness enhance mechanical properties of the anode plate mold. Because according to Many years of experience form casting industry confirmed,but the temperature parameter is not optimum, So we must go through the solidification process of the temperature field and stress field of the numerical simulation to ensure the copper mould stress as low as possible and the upper die there should not be have hot cracking.Showing how the Large-scale semi-opened die casting machine work and briefly introduction the process combined with real manufacture conditions.Describes the casting process of the temperature field and stress field of the development and the present situation,To distinguish traditional die casting between squeeze casting and introduced the development of Squeeze casting,briefly explain the the function of universal finite element software ANSYS and the application in casting thermal analysis.Introduce the heat transfer basic theory of simulation of temperature field, according to the first law of thermal dynamics deduce the thermodynamics first law differential equation use to Steady state thermal analysis and transient thermal analysis,and build the finite element equation in steady or transient thermal analysis, Give definite solution conditions and boundary conditions.According to three methods to solve the crystallization of the solidification process of latent heat, ascertaine difine heat content to sovle phase change problem, work out stress field Constitutive Equation by using the thermal elastic-plastic model,and given yield criterion and Strain improved criterion and Flow criterion to solve elastic-plastic matrix but also the thermal elastic-plastic model of finite element algorithm. Introduce Two kinds of thermo-mechanical coupling method,through research and contrast this two methods coupling numerical simulation method, adopt sequential coupling numerical simulation method to simulate the copper mould stress field distribution.Referring to the actual die casting equipment, establish that3D solid model, using the universal finite element software ANSYS simulates the process that upper mould press into the copper speciation in water, selective Analysis of the copper mould's Temperature and Stress Field distribution, to observe the change law that key points on the copper mould surface that temperature and stress, make sure the stress as small as possible to avoid heat check during the actual production, and supply reference evidence for find out the optimum temperature parameters.
