The paper analyzes the main protection system configuration and the operating characteristics of units and Unit coordinated control system characteristics of the controlled object,and the regulation and earnings for AGC or a FM of units.Through transforming equipment and modify logic, perfected the unit important protection circuit design,and improved the reliability of the important protection, To ensure the safe operation of the equipment; Analyzed each control system characteristics improved control strategy for coordinated control system, Effectively improve the stability of the unit's operating capacity and load response,Especially the flow characteristic test was completed and the regulating valves overlap degrees was optimized ,of which Four high voltage regulator and four medium voltage regulator for the turbine , Coordination control accuracy and the ability to participate in a FM units have been significantly improved. Meanwhile # 3 turbine regulating valve open means different, make the turbine inlet steam way to optimization to improve turbine efficiency.The optimized coordinated control system and each subsystem adjusting quality and improved continence, effectively improved the level of automation and the unit unit running economy, also in detail.composition control system for the optimization design of the accumulated valuable experience.
