The high price of coal increases the cost of power generating currently. To solve this problem with the fact that the price of electricity can not keep pace with the price of coal, the technology of blended coal combustion has become an important strategy which large-scale power plants adopted widely. Blended coal combustion is a complex technology, different kinds of coal and blending proportions have a direct and marked influence on combustion characteristics, and therefore operational security and economics. So, it is of extreme importance to establish suitable mixed combustion for each power plant.In this thesis, by analyzing the basic status of the market of coal and thermal power plants as also as the research progress of blended coal combustion, the urgency of applying the technology is proposed for domestic power plants. The plan of separate pulverization and direct mixed combustion is determined for the 600MW supercritical boiler in Datang Ningde power plant. On this basis, the commissioning test on pulverizing system and operational research of mixed combustion with Tashan and Indonesia coal are conducted, and the operating security and economics under different loads and blend ratios are also investigated and evaluated. The blended coal combustion scheme is established for the supercritical boiler, and the security, economics and environmental protection of the unit are ensured with present scheme. |
