With the increasing of wind turbine's capacity , the longer the leaves are , the larger the errors between actual wind speed and reference wind speed are , also, the leaves' loads will increase with it. These problems will affect the life of wind turbine seriously. Therefore, safe, reliable and efficient wind turbine's develop has important practical significance .This article is based on MW wind turbine, a better in-depth study is made about the technology of the large-scale wind turbine's blade pitch control.First, a brief analysis is made about the electrical servo parts and mechanical drive parts of the wind turbine's blade pitch control system .And we will analysis and calculate the load later. Then, we will study the basic theory of aerodynamics of the wind turbine blades and analyze principle of pitch control. Theoretical analysis and research is made for the problem of uneven distribution of large-scale wind turbine rotor's effective wind speed in the plane. Based on the current method of the pitch control, optimized independent pitch control approach is proposed to solve this problem. The method is: when actual wind speed exceeds rated wind speed, firstly, unified the pitch angle to a predetermined value according to the wind speed .Then put the output power deviation and deviation change rate as inputs after reunification pitch to obtain a new unity of the pitch angle based on the fuzzy control algorithm .At last, distribute them to each pitch angle based on the azimuth weighting coefficient .Asynchronous fine-tune the pitch angle again to achieve optimal control of wind turbine of each blade .In this article ,each part of the wind turbine's mathematical model is build in the MATLAB / Simulink .And an independent variable pitch wind turbine model is established based on the method. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method in this article optimist the wind turbine over the rated wind speed constant power control effectively .Compared to unity pitch control,this control's anti-interference ability is better, and the control precision is higher.
