Currently Shengli Oilfield high water cut, high-cost development period, which reached one-third of the cost of electricity, running an effective solution to optimize power grid issues oil and reduce power losses, improving economic efficiency has become a priority field grid system to enhance the problem more conducive to the normal functioning of electrical equipment should effect, a strong electric field to ensure that users of power quality.Since reactive power can not be long-distance transmission, a large number of electricity distribution transformers and reactive power under the Local Compensation and place must be balanced.
