PFC is the most important part of power electronic technology, which has been widely used in industry. The analog control technology of PFC is mature and has been used in many areas of industry, but there has many unconquerable disadvantages. In contrast, digital control system has many advantages such as simple circuit, flexible control mode, high reliability and easy to realize advanced control algorighm. With the continuous development of digital control technology, the digital control of PFC became a research focus. This article first summarizes the development status of the active power factor correction technology with digital control, and analyses the various methods and basic principles of active power factor correction. But traditional digital control has some (?), such as respond delay. In recent years,multi-companies recommended P WM controller with self-shut off by internal analog comparator, which can be input by internal DAC module. With this kind of controller, it can realize digital peak current control, and the algorithm is relative simple, also the CPU source used is small. So it is possible to control multi-converters just using one DSP or MCU. This article mainly researches using the controller in the Boost PFC circuit with digital peak current control. In order to verify the feasibility of the control system, the second chapter modeling the digital control system of Boost PFC with peak current control. In the third chapter of this paper has a detailed analysis of the parameters design process of the main and control circuit and simulates it using Matlab simulink (?)he fourth chapter elaborates the control algorithms of PFC with digital peak curren-t and the process of software design in CCM and CRM mode. Finally, the paper designed Boost PFC digital controller in both modes based on TMS320F28035, the experimental results indicate the correctness of the theory.
