The jettison launching mode of pickaback suspender is firstly introduced in this paper, and the importance of developing Nitrogen Filling Machine.Introduce the working principle, movement, and forces of crosshead-shoe compressor, according to the actual needs of Nitrogen Filling Machine, and consultation of a great many of references and practical need, thermal analysis on displacement and diameters, generate in Solidworks component model and integrated assembly model.Applying theories of aerodynamics and thermodynamics, according to nitrogen in variable mass thermodynamic system, combined with formulas of conservation of mass and energy, gas-flow rate and piston motion, set up mathematical model of nitrogen filling machine in working condition.Applying many-body dynamics and virtual prototype, set up dynamics simulation model of crosshead-shoe nitrogen filling machine in Adams, properly utilizing sensor and function set to restrain, finally work out mathematical model of nitrogen filling machine in working condition and movement curves of model components.Based on finite element method, combined with simulation analysis, return to the original equation of the maximum stress point of bent axle in Abaqus and plus model analysis, finally demonstrate that the bent axle designed meet the demand of intensity, rigidity and movement.Adopt cam slot structure, design new-style nitrogen filling machine based on cam slot, thermal analysis relevant dimensions and crosshead-shoe to objectively guarantee the comparability of these two structures. Build up 3D full scale mock-up in Solidworks, utilizing Matlab to program curves led in by a series of point coordinates in cam slot. Generate virtual prototype in Adams, lead in pressure curve, analyse model's movement curve features.The key point of this paper is the innovative design of nitrogen filling machine with suspender jettison launching and propose two innovative models, has theory reference and practical value to the development of nitrogen filling machine design.
