Auricularia auricula is an edible fungi both that can be used as food and medicine, it has high nutritional and medical value, it has high demand in market. Auricularia auricula cultivation with substrate material is the important industry in the countryside of Zhejiang, It has important effect for improving rural economics and increasing peasants incomes. Through selecting the species cultivated with substrate material and the cultivation key technic, the suitable cultivated species were chosen. The finished product rate of substrate blocks and mold resistance were improved, The efficiency of Auricularia auricula cultivated with bag substrate was heightened.Judged from the finished product rate of substrate blocks, yield and Auricularia auricula commercial appearance quality.916 and Au984 had high mycelium vitality, higher yield, high finished product rate of substrate blocks, better mold resistance. Auricularia auricula commercial quality was better, it is suitable for spreading in using bag substrate cultivation in our province.The finished product of substrate bag inoculation is the key in Auricularia auricula cultivation with substrate bag. While the nitrogen supply decreased in culture with less wheat bran content, it affected the yield of Auricularia auricular, It was found through experiment the adding quality of wheat bran should be controlled in about 10%.On the base of Lentinus edodes cultivation with substrate bag, bamboo vinegar biological and fertilizer, biogas slurry additives were used in Auricularia auricula cultivation with substrate bag to improve the hyphal mold resistance, decrease rot substrate blocks. The result showed adding 0.1% bamboo vinegar, the mold resistance of substrate bag was greatly improved. and finished product rate of substrate blocks was also increased.Auricularia auricula liquid strain applying in the mode of Auricularia auricula substrate material cultivation in our province was explored. Through mary times experiment and analysis.liquid strain was inoculated in the way of container bag. Mycelium grew fast, it took short time to grow full, the finished product rate was above 85%. it could be used in the production of Auriculuria auricula cultivation species. It was not suitable for liquid strain inoculating directly to long substrate blocks.
